Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the rules for purchasing and using CompetitorTool. By buying or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

CompetitorTool organizes public competitive information into dossiers, SWOT analysis, monitoring results, and suggested actions. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and are provided to support your judgment, not replace it.

2. Early Bird Lifetime plan

The current offer is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the plan limits shown at checkout. “Lifetime” means for as long as CompetitorTool continues to operate the applicable service. It does not guarantee that every feature, integration, model, or third-party service will remain available forever.

3. Bring your own key

You must provide a compatible AI API key. Charges from your AI provider are separate, paid directly by you, and are not included in the CompetitorTool purchase price. You are responsible for protecting and managing that key.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and only with data you are permitted to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use outputs to harass, deceive, discriminate, or violate another party’s rights.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account. Tell us promptly through the in-app support channel if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal. The 30-day money-back guarantee is governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

CompetitorTool, its software, branding, and original materials remain ours or our licensors’. You retain rights in the information you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service for you.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not promise revenue, rankings, market share, customer acquisition, or other business results. Validate important findings independently before acting.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as technology, law, security, and third-party dependencies change. We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CompetitorTool is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
