Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to operate CompetitorTool, manage accounts, process purchases, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Information we receive

• Account details such as your name, email address, organization, and login records.
• Project inputs, competitor URLs, generated dossiers, exports, monitoring settings, and support messages.
• Technical records such as device, browser, IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic events.
• Purchase status and transaction identifiers from PayPal. PayPal handles your payment credentials.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, create requested analyses, send account messages, respond to support, prevent abuse, and understand service performance.

AI providers and your API key

The Early Bird plan uses your compatible AI provider account. Requests needed to produce AI features may be sent to that provider under its terms. Review your provider’s privacy and retention settings. Do not submit confidential or regulated data unless you have confirmed the workflow is appropriate.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, authentication, email, payments, and AI processing. They receive only the information needed for their role. The public sales site self-hosts its video; it loads brand fonts from Google and sends you to PayPal only when you choose checkout.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by using the in-app support channel or the merchant contact on your PayPal receipt. Some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, or law.
