Refund Policy

Your Early Bird Lifetime purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your original CompetitorTool purchase. The guarantee applies to the CompetitorTool purchase price shown on your receipt.

How to request a refund

Send your request through the support channel inside CompetitorTool or use the merchant contact on your PayPal receipt. Include the email used for purchase and the PayPal transaction ID so we can locate the order.

What is not included

Charges from your AI API provider are separate from CompetitorTool and are not refundable by us. We also cannot refund unrelated third-party services or currency-conversion fees.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on PayPal and your financial institution. Access associated with the refunded purchase may be closed after the refund is issued.
